In some instances, you may come to us unsure of what you want or need, in which case I’ll help you develop your vision based on our evaluations. Each package consists of a fully-customized meal plan, tailored training program and specifically-designed vitamin regimen. You’ll also receive proprietary meals and recipes along with my 24/7 accountability coaching to keep you on track to your goals. From my experience, it takes about 90 days for a client to break their old habits and fully re-condition a whole new way of thinking, acting, being and doing as it relates to diet, exercise and lifestyle. PMB 90-Day Personal Training

From the very beginning, I will design your training program, vitamin regime and meal plan, including recipes. You’ll also have 24/7 access to me so you can have the coaching guidance and support you need to make in-the-moment decisions that will help keep you focused and on track to achieving your goals.

Workouts will be custom designed to fit your individual goals. Your workout schedule will be a weekly training split comprised of weight training, core exercises and cardio work based on your goals, your starting weight and your athletic ability.

On top of in-person training, you’ll also have picture check-ins every two weeks to keep you accountable and provide a guide of how your body is changing. This lets me adjust your program to keep you moving toward your goals.

PMB 90-Day Remote Training

I recognize that not everyone has access to top trainers, let alone when those fitness “emergencies” pop up. That’s why I’ve developed a system that allows me to successfully design programs for clients anywhere in the world. I utilize your preferred method of communication to create an instant “lifeline” to guide you and help answer your questions at a moment’s notice. Consider it your trainer on your hip.

This system lets you ask me any questions that may come up throughout the day. Imagine a last-minute business lunch at a restaurant you are not familiar with. Not a problem — simply send me a picture of the menu and I’ll build your meal and send it back within minutes. Can’t remember how to perform a certain exercise? Text me your question and I’ll respond with a video link showing you the exercise, along with proper form and technique tips.

These types of decisions can make or break your pattern of consistency, which is the key to the success of any program. Keeping you accountable is what helps make my online training program extremely successful and efficient.
